Fineurop Soditic acted as exclusive financial advisor to Fratelli Fila S.p.A. in the acquisition of the Valstar brands. Founded in 1911 in Milan, Valstar is an Italian manufacturer of high-end made in Italy jackets. Fratelli Fila, established in 1906 as a wool mill is a privately held Italian fashion house which operates in the casualwear business.
