Fineurop Soditic acted as advisor for Trussardi Group in the acquisition of the industrial business of Zetati S.r.l.. Zetati, headquartered in Florence, is active in the production of high quality leather goods. Through this acquisition Trussardi Group aims at strengthening its leather division and reallocate its leather goods production in the Florence leather district.
