Fineurop Soditic assisted Surfaces Technological Abrasives, leading Italian provider of ceramics-working equipment controlled by the P.E. fund Xenon Private Equity VI, in the acquisition of ADI. Established in 1980 and based near Vicenza, ADI is a leading player in diamond tools addressed to a wide number of industries. The transaction will create a new leading group in the abrasives technology business with total sales of around Euro 55 million.
