Fineurop Soditic acted as financial adviser to Sparco Group in structuring a MLT financing of Euro 20 million, underwritten by Banca Nazionale del Lavoro and Interbanca, in order to make acquisitions in the US. Presidio acted as Mezzanine Provider. Headquartered near Turin, Sparco is a leading apparel and car accessories company. The Company employs 250 people and posted a 2006 turnover of over Euro 50 million.
