Fineurop Soditic assisted RCS MediaGroup in the transaction in which the Group, through RCS Libri S.p.A., increased its stake in Skirà S.p.A. with a further 24% stake at Euro 4.2 million. Skirà, headquartered in Milan, is an Italian leading publisher focused on design, execution and commercialisation of graphic (especially artbooks and catalogues for exhibitions) and editorial materials. The Company generated 2005 sales of Euro 16 million with an Ebitda of approximately 7% and an Ebit of 6%.
