Fineurop Soditic acted as financial advisor to Harcos, an investment club deal founded by Omar Uger Agiami and Marco Costaguta, on the sale of a majority stake in SI Express S.r.l. to Fortidia.

SI Express, headquartered in Nichelino (Turin), is a well-established business specialising in domestic and international express shipping, with a consolidated position in the Industrial, Automotive and Aerospace sectors. Through a global network of carriers, qualified logistics partners, agents and correspondents, SI Express manages the entire shipping process end to end, coordinating fast and reliable solutions even in the most time-critical situations, with particular expertise in the EMEA region, the Balkan countries, North and South America, Mexico and China.

Since Harcos's entry in 2022, SI Express has pursued a path of business development, strengthening its governance and implementing corporate processes to achieve greater operational efficiency.

Fortidia is an international group that enables global trade for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) and for consumers, through brands offering ecommerce fulfilment, shipping, logistics, marketing and printing solutions.
Joining the Fortidia Group — which closed 2025 with aggregate revenues of Euro 1.4 billion, generated through a network of more than 3,200 Business Solutions Centers across 56 countries — allows SI Express to embark on a new chapter of global growth.

The Piedmont-based company brings its distinctive expertise in express shipping to the partnership and, by integrating into the Fortidia Group, now has the opportunity to serve clients that were previously difficult to reach for independent operators of purely national scope.
