Fineurop Soditic acted as financial advisor to Bridgepoint in the acquisition of a majority stake in SEA Società Europea Autocaravan S.p.A. through an MBO transaction. SEA, founded in 2000 through the merger of Elnagh, Mobilvetta Design and McLouis, is one of the largest European companies active in the design, production, sale and rental of motor caravans. SEA, with production plants in Italy and Spain, generated 2004 sales of Euro 300 million.
