Mosaiq Group

Fineurop Soditic acted as financial advisor to Arca Fondi S.G.R. S.p.A. and Space Capital Advisors in the acquisition of five Italian companies active in the luxury packaging sector through the holding Mosaiq Group S.p.A. 

Alongside Arca Space Capital, Amundi Private Equity Italia (APEI – a mid market private equity fund underwritten by Crédit Agricole Italia Group) and BNP Paribas BNL Equity Investments co-invested.

The target companies manufacture sustainable packaging solutions addressed to leading fashion and luxury brands: Valtenna S.r.l. production of boxes and coated boxes, Bulgarelli Production S.r.l. manufacture of tags and micro-packaging, D'Auria Packaging S.p.A. production of shopping bags, Co.Ri Sacchettificio S.r.l. manufacture of fabric bags and garment covers, and Brand Label S.r.l. production of fabric labels. 

With sales of around Euro 70 million and over 300 employees, Mosaiq Group provides packaging solutions to luxury brands. The Group has flexible production capacity and it is vertically integrated with plants located in the main Made in Italy districts. 

The acquisition was financed by a pool of banks consisting of Banca BPER, Banco BPM, Crédit Agricole Italia, Banca Popolare di Sondrio, and Cassa Depositi e Prestiti.
