Millefili

Fineurop Soditic acted as financial advisor to Alto Partners SGR S.p.A. in the sale of the entire share capital of Millefili S.p.A. to Armònia SGR S.p.A.

Founded in 1981, with production facilities located in the heart of the Tuscan district between Prato and Pistoia, Millefili develops and distributes yarns for leading international brands, with a particular focus on knitwear.

With the support of Alto Partners, the company has grown significantly in recent years, strengthening its position in foreign markets and reaching a turnover of Euro 70 million in 2024.

Armònia will further accelerate Millefili’s growth, also through further acquisitions, by expanding and enhancing the product offering.
