Marullo

Fineurop Soditic acted as debt advisor to Marullo S.p.A. and Wise Equity, the management company of the Wisequity VI fund, in relation to the acquisition of a controlling stake in the company from the founding family.

The transaction, which represents Wisequity VI 5th investment, involves a significant capital increase, aimed at strengthening Marullo's raw material purchasing capacity and supporting growth and consolidating its leadership.

Marullo is an independent Sicilian manufacturer of pistachio ingredients, semi-finished products—mainly for the industrial and artisanal ice-cream and pastry industries—and finished products. It has a consolidated direct presence in the main raw material supply markets.

Marullo stands out for its ability to guarantee the highest quality products to a large customer base, including large industrial groups and large-scale retail chains, both domestic and international.

It has recorded a turnover of over Euro 60 million, more than doubled in the last two years.
The deal was financed by Crédit Agricole Italia, Banco BPM, and Amundi SGR.
