Fineurop Soditic acted as exclusive financial advisor to Intercos in the sale of its cosmetic specialty store chain Madina to Gruppo Percassi. Founded in Milan in 1994, Madina distributes innovative makeup products branded Madina Milano and Madina R(evol)ution through a distribution network of 6 monobrand stores in Northern Italy. Through this acquisition, Gruppo Percassi, owner of the cosmetic brand Kiko, will further strengthen its position in Italy in the makeup specialty stores sector.
