Fineurop Soditic advised Impresoft Group in the acquisition of Hiteco, an Italian leading SAP Gold Partner focused on digitization process. Active since 1987 with its own ERP, Hiteco is an important player in the IT sector, with operating offices in Italy and abroad, with a network of qualified professionals and a consolidated partnerships. It offers companies and public bodies highly innovative solutions and tools, capable of capitalizing on their information and generating value in each of its sectors. Impresoft Group, established in 2019 and headquartered in Milan, is focused on the development of enterprise management software. In 2021 it posted consolidated sales of Euro 90 million, with over 3,500 customers in Italy. The acquisition enables the Group, backed by Clessidra Private Equity, to strengthen the ERP offer in the SAP area for mid-sized companies and public administration and to expand in central Italy where Hiteco is already well positioned.
