Fineurop Soditic assisted Xenon Private Equity in the acquisition of De Wave S.r.l. from the Dellepiane family, in a management buy-out transaction in which the management invested a minority stake in the Company. De Wave, created as a spin off of the Demont Group, is a leading refitting company in Italy and Europe. It has been active in the shipping business since 1993 with headquarters in Genoa and operations in Italy (Monfalcone and Battaglia Terme) and Lipno (Polonia). De Wave offers new ship outfittings, refitting service, cabin systems and turnkey refitting solutions to both mega-yachts, cruise and military ships and generated 2014 sales of over Euro 46 million. Xenon will support De Wave in its expansion through both internal growth and add on acquisitions.
