Fineurop Soditic acted as financial advisor to Xenon Private Equity in the acquisition of Arco Srl, Ideal System Srl, and VP Verniciatura Srl, the creation of the new industrial platform Cromia, specialized in industrial painting and metal surface treatment, combining complementary expertise and advanced technologies to serve the main Italian manufacturing sectors.

Founded in Padua in 1987 , ARCO Srl Unipersonale operates in the field of industrial sandblasting, painting, and metal surface coating, specializing in cataphoresis treatment and powder coating of iron and other metals.
Founded in Gambettola (FC) in 1989 , Ideal System carries out industrial painting services, offering powder coating and cataphoresis coating of iron, steel, galvanized steel, and aluminum.
Founded over thirty years ago in Ponzano Veneto (TV), VP Verniciatura S.r.l. operates in the industrial painting and metal surface anti-corrosion treatment sector. The company specializes in powder and liquid coating, sandblasting, and metal surface finishing of iron, steel, aluminum, and other metals.

The three companies, located in Veneto and Emilia-Romagna, together employ over 260 people and generate approximately Euro 40 million in revenues. 

Xenon’s investment will support the creation of a new industrial platform in the coatings sector, leveraging complementary skills, geographic reach, and advanced production technologies to generate revenue and cost synergies and to pursue further acquisitions in a fragmented and fast-growing market.

The acquisition was supported by Illimity Bank, Illimity SGR, Cassa di Risparmio di Bolzano, Banco di Desio e della Brianza, Cherry Bank and Unicredit. illimity Bank also acted as agent bank for the transaction.
