Fineurop Soditic acted as exclusive financial advisor to the shareholders of the Comcreta Group in the signing of a partnership agreement with ICG Infra, a global alternative asset manager focused on infrastructure.

Comcreta is a group active in the execution of major civil works and infrastructure maintenance projects on the Italian railway network, leveraging deep technical expertise and extensive industry experience. Comcreta operates under long-term framework agreements with Rete Ferroviaria Italiana (RFI), the manager of Italy’s railway infrastructure, ensuring safety and efficiency through routine maintenance, restoration works, and vegetation management along railway lines.

The partnership with ICG Infra, following the closing of its second fund at €3.15 billion, aims to support Comcreta’s next phase of expansion within a context of strategic investments in the Italian railway infrastructure sector. The partnership is intended to strengthen the Group’s operational capabilities as well as the horizontal business expansion, including the pursuit of M&A opportunities in Italy and abroad.
