Fineurop Soditic acted as exclusive financial adviser to Comdata in the acquisition of a 100% stake in Atento Česká republika a.s. from the NYSE listed Company Atento. Atento is the largest provider of customer relationship management and business process outsourcing services in Latin America and Spain, and among the top 3 providers globally. The target company owns Atento's operations in the Czech Republic. The acquisition allows Comdata Group to strengthen its activities such as back office customer management, contact center, document management and customer payments in the Eastern Europe.
