Fineurop Soditic acted as exclusive advisor to Investitori Associati in the sale of 100% of Arena Group to a private equity fund managed by BS Investimenti SGR. This acquisition has been carried out through a leveraged management buy out transaction. Arena, established in 1973, as a spin-off of Adidas, is a world-wide leading company in the sports-waterwear business and has a significant market share in the leisure segment. In 2005 the Group generated net revenues of Euro 80 million.
