M&A Award 2025 - XXI edition
The 21st edition of the M&A Award took place at the Centro Svizzero, Via Palestro 2, Milan on Thursday, May 22.
This event celebrates the most significant mergers and acquisitions that have shaped the economic landscape over the past year.
The event is organized by Fineurop Soditic together with KPMG, in collaboration with Borsa Italiana and Class Editori, and the support of AIFI and Bocconi University.
The ceremony began with an analysis of current M&A market trends in Italy, followed by a roundtable discussion titled “Trade War and M&A”.
Afterwords, the awards ceremony honored the most outstanding M&A transactions of 2024, including the “Finance for Growth” special prize.
