Guido Cami

Guido received an undergraduate degree in Industrial Technology Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano.
He started his career in Pirelli in 1989 as high performance tyre production manager. In 1992 he moved to Manifattura di Legnano where he was involved in the logistic and supply chain direction and with the additional role of Chief Operating Officer at Legnano Tinti.

In 1997 Guido joined Vibram initially as Chief Operating Officer and later also as Director of International Activities, contributing to the opening of a production site in China, as well as commercial offices and partnerships in the USA, Japan and Brazil. In 2000 he was appointed General Manager.
In 2003 he moved to Laffon, the Italian division of the French multinational Pehiney, where he worked for two years as General Manager.

In 2004 Guido joined Giovanni Crespi, a listed company active in the synthetic fabrics sector, assuming the role of General Manager Synthetic Materials Business Unit.

Since May 2010 Guido has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Industrie Chimiche Forestali and coordinates all corporate operational and strategic business development functions and he has been a member of the Board of Directors, since 2018.

He is also Vice President of the Adhesives and Sealants Group, AVISA and Federchimica. and President of FEICA (Federation Europeen des industries de Colles et Adhesifs).
Since 2022, Guido has been senior advisor chemicals of Fineurop Soditic.
