Guglielmo Brayda di Soleto

Guglielmo graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Bologna in 1978 and obtained a Neurology specialization in 1982.

He has 15 years of clinical activity as a neurologist and neuroradiologist in University Hospitals, Ospedale Bellaria, Bologna, Policlinico di Modena) with internship in the US (NIH Bethesda, NYU), and several scientific articles in MRI for neuroradiology.

From 2000 to 2005 Guglielmo worked as President for Telemedicina Rizzoli in Bologna, a public private company of telemedicine founded for health tele consultancy in the Mediterranean area.

From 1995 to 2006, Guglielmo worked as CEO and Chairman at Villamaria, private hospital headquartered in Bologna.

In 2010, he became Chairman of Clearmedi of New Delhi, an Indian healthcare company focused on providing oncology services in high medical technology and owner of 2 Cancer Centres.

He is Board Member of Paras Healthcare a network of Indian hospitals providing specialized tertiary medical care.

Since July 2006, Guglielmo has been President and CEO of Medipass, Italian service provider of high medical technology in Diagnostic Imaging and Cancer Care.
He is also Chairman of Medipasshealthcare, a UK-based healthcare service provider of high medical technology in NHS hospitals.

Guglielmo is currently CEO and Co-Chairman of the Board of Inframedica, the largest private European group of services for oncology and diagnostic imaging (UK, Italy, Germany) controlled by DWS Infrastructure.
